We start with a needs assessment.  We discuss what vendors you want quotes from (and what vendors you want to avoid).  Then we assist with the quote requests/refinements stage and we arrange follow-up calls and meetings.  Then we help negotiate the prices, SLA’s and MSA’s so you can get things moving.
