Client Case:

Regional Hospital System based in Georgia spent $13M building an in-house enterprise data center. Additionally, client was in need of a secondary offsite DR plan.

Project:

The client relied on Tier4 to provide suggestions for vendors in the DR space. Based on the location the client also requested assistance in identifying connectivity vendor solutions.

Results:

  1. Tier4 compiled a recommended vendor list of 10 vendors; then down-selected to 3 vendors during the final vendor selection
  2. Tier4 provided the client with a DRaaS solution with a data center vendor in VA along with a long haul carrier
  3. Timeline from idea to signed contract – 100 days
  4. The client budgeted 30-50% more for long haul circuit
